Meet your coach, Adeyanju

I have 20 years of extensive corporate experience working with one of the world’s largest beverage companies. I led teams in functions that managed government and public affairs, internal and corporate communications, retail sales management, reputation management, and crisis resolution for the organisation. Whilst leading the Communications team, I served as an internal coach for five years which gave me a solid foundation.

A combination of a career in a growth focused consumer packaged goods company, certification and credentialing in Coaching and over 1610+ client coaching hours supporting leaders across multiple industries and diverse cultures has positioned me to be the partner you need

These are things that I recognise:

Imposter Syndrome during role elevation

Pressure to Perform…now

Managing Team dynamics and authority

Handling Increased Visibility and Scrutiny

Maintaining Confidence during Change

But I learned

You are the one to give yourself permission to be who you are. Being in this new role is not by accident. You worked for it, you bring value, so own it.

Delegate for growth and elevate for increased capacity. The burner in the hot air balloon controls its altitude, be a burner.

You cannot boil an ocean! Knowing and leveraging your strengths whilst being aware of areas of development is both empowering and humbling. Stay human.

Success is never a solo journey. Create your support system and lean on them. Ask for and receive the help you need.

It’s a mindset, how you see yourself matters. You are a living combination of achievements and potential. “I am both enough and capable of more” - Julie Starr.

I began to make conscious efforts to always express myself in meetings, especially with the senior leadership team in attendance and at conferences. This earned me visibility and recognition in my work place.

Happy Client
